Remove unused payment suggestion images (#69510)
* chore: Remove unused payment suggestion images
Seven image files in plugins/woocommerce/assets/images are no longer
loaded by anything in core.
The five 72x72 provider PNGs were replaced by the SVG icons in
onboarding/icons in #53793. The Bank of America icon lost its only
caller when #56351 removed that suggestion. The root mercadopago.png
was added in 2021 for the payments setup task and was never referenced
by path.
Delete them. Searches of the repository, wp.org plugins and themes,
GitHub, local extension clones, the WooCommerce.com feeds and the iOS
and Android apps found no consumers. The history of each file is in the
PR description.

* chore: Add changelog entry for removing unused payment suggestion images
Adds the dev changelog entry required for the plugin package. It
carries a comment and no message because nothing changes for
merchants.
