    Tests: Add coverage for `wp_sprintf()` and `wp_sprintf_l()`.

    Cover numbered and missing arguments, literal percent signs, formatting specifiers, and fragment filtering in `wp_sprintf()`. Verify list formatting, suffix preservation, and customizable delimiters in `wp_sprintf_l()`.
