     - Fix + test for honoring the host's trap configuration when running
       non-protected VMs while KVM is in protected mode (Fuad Tabba)

     - Use the host stage-1 mapping granularity for VM_PFNMAP mappings at
       stage-2 (Mostafa Saleh)
