    Fix missing side padding on the Checkout order summary Total row (#70715)

    Restore side padding on the Checkout order summary Total row

    The footer item reset and the sidebar's large-container padding rule have
    the same specificity, so the winner depended on CSS source order. After the
    order changed in the built checkout.css, the reset removed the Total row's
    16px side padding. Drop the padding reset and keep the margin reset.
